Christa McAuliffe Planetarium…

The Christa McAuliffe Planetarium is one of the finest planetariums in the world, and a visit there is an inspirational reminder of the work and accomplishments of Christa McAuliffe, who was slated to be the first civilian in space. From the planetarium web site:

Museums are the place to be…

The Boston area is chock full of great museums, such as The New England Aquarium, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the Museum of Fine Arts.  Many area libraries purchase museum passes for loan to their patrons, and many of those use our web based application TixKeeper to manage the reservation process online. TixKeeper enables patrons to scan when passes are available, check out the various museum web sites, and reserve passes online, all without calling the library directly. A good deal all around!
